Privacy policy
This is a translation for information purposes. The German Datenschutzerklärung is legally binding.
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or send us an enquiry, for what purpose and on what legal basis.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR and processes data in Germany solely on our instructions.
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. Log files are deleted or anonymised after a short period.
3. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” and the padlock symbol in the address bar.
4. Cookies, analytics and fonts
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and do not use any tracking or statistics services. Fonts are stored on our own server; no connection to Google or other third parties is made when you load the page.
5. Enquiry form, email and phone
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your details (for example name, company, email address, phone number, requested dates, number of apartments, purpose and your message) to answer your enquiry and make you an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries).
Form data is sent to our mailbox by email and is not stored in a website database. We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial and tax law) apply. If a rental agreement is concluded, we process the data to perform the contract.
6. Links to Google Maps
We do not embed a map. The link “Open route in Google Maps” leads to Google. Data is only transferred to Google once you click it; Google’s privacy policy then applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
8. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide us with any data. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot process an enquiry via the form. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
