How long can I stay?
From one week up to six months. You rent weekly or monthly and can extend by arrangement.
Can the invoice be addressed to my company?
Yes. We invoice your company and can also rent several apartments at the same time for a team.
What is included in the price?
Utilities, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and cleaning every two weeks including bed linen and towels. The washing machine and dryer in the building can be used for a fee.
Is there parking?
The building has no private parking spaces. You can park on the street. The city centre, the station and shops are easy to reach on foot.
Is there an accommodation tax?
Depending on the reason for and type of your stay, the City of Paderborn’s accommodation tax of 3 % is added. Feel free to ask us.
Is smoking allowed, can I bring a pet?
All apartments are non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
